If you have no conscience, you can try to defraud just about anyone online. Of course, those people can also get really mad and conspire to put you in the slammer.

It wasn't the first time she'd done it. The lure of easy money was apparently enough to get Rachel Trent back in the business of ripping people off via eBay.

The 30 year-old Virginia woman made of with only a few thousand dollars worth of baseball card collectors' money before she was caught. But the penalty was stiff. Four years in jail.

The Central Virginia Computer Crimes Task Force - a program run by local, state and federal agencies - arrested Trent after receiving complaints about the scam from victims in Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
