Selling on eBay? Some advice on how to make the changes work for you.

eBay recently lowered the price and duration of fixed price listings, hoping to take advantage of the increased interest in 'Buy it Now' type offers. But they've also increased the final selling fees. What's the end result?

ImageSkip McGrath, who has been writing about eBay for several years--and is a seller himself--was recently invited to San Jose, CA to get the briefing right from the horse's mouth.

He says more than ever, customer service will be important and getting your price for an item could pay off in the long run. "A nice predictable profit," is how he termed the option for 30-day, fixed price listings.

McGrath chatted recently with AuctionBytes.com writer Ira Steiner. Listen to the interview here.
