Two major collectible shows take place on the east coast this weekend...while a big baseball memorabilia exhibit opens in Wisconsin.

More than 400 dealers from 41 states and around the world will be set up inside the Atlantic City Convention Center this weekend as sports card and memorabilia dealers share space with those offering 18th, 19th and early 20th century antiques .

"Atlantique City" returns with a special exhibit entitle Baseball Memories, hosted by Hunt Auctions. Collectors can see a 1933 signed All Star ball as well as a game worn Lou Gehrig jacket, a Jackie Robinson bat, a Tony Lazzeri World Series ring and game worn Whitey Ford jersey from the upcoming All Star Fan Fest auction. Topping off the exhibit is and one of Babe Ruth's game worn caps and an authentic autographed Babe Ruth baseball. Expect to see other rare jerseys, balls, posters, cards, bats and autographs.

Meanwhile, JP's Sports and Rock Solid Promotions bring the "White Plains Show " to the Westchester County Convention Center on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Over 300 tables will be manned by dealers and companies from in and around the hobby. Autograph guests include 2008 Hall of Fame inductee Goose Gossage.

Admission tickets are $7.

Appleton, Wisconsin may be the heart of Green Bay Packers country, but there are plenty of baseball fans and collectors around the area too. Expect a lot of them to turn out for a special baseball memorabilia and art exhibit next month.
