He's a 27 year-old from Stafford, Virginia who was aboard an amphibious assault ship seven years ago, serving in the United States Marine Corps. During some down time, he hopped on one of the ship's computers and began surfing eBay. He noticed civilians paying over 100% more for commemorative military coins than he could buy them for at the base store back home.
