Baseball cards have nothing on pugilist paraphrenelia when it comes to history.
 It was bare-knuckle boxing back in the day.
Fans ate up boxing's early stars. Tobacco companies put pictures of the champs alongside baseball players and actors. As the sport grew in popularity, so did the number of issues. The heyday of boxing cards came in the early part of the 20th century.
Since then, there have been dozens of issues, and a small but steady base of collectors snapping up rarities like the 1948 Leaf Rocky Graziano.
