The owner of a Baltimore sports card and memorabilia shop who watched investigators cart $20,000 worth of autographed jerseys out of his store says he'll try to fight whatever charge may be coming.

Charm City Sports Cards' owner Chris Evans wasn't hiding anything.

As we reported last week, the jerseys he had in his shop were on display--many autographed by local and national sports stars. Some were football, others baseball. Then, acting on a tip, the NFL and local cops swooped in and told him some of those jerseys were counterfeits. They took dozens out as part of an ongoing investigation into unlicensed memorabilia.

Watch as Evans tells Baltimore TV station WJZ he thinks he's getting a raw deal.
