Want to list those 1970s commons but scared off by eBay's listing fees? They might be feeling your pain.

Faced with increasing competition, eBay is trying to lure back sellers who've drifted away from the online auction giant.

Starting today through November 5th, eBay is cutting its listing fees by a minimum of 33% on regular and fixed price sales.

Sellers will also be able to list items for 10 cents when they offer a starting price of less than $1. It's part of a larger plan by eBay to help win back business.
