Hockey for Huggies Auction Blends Moms with Memorabilia

A new hockey memorabilia auction has launched with proceeds aimed at putting diapers into the hands of families who need them.

According to estimates, one in three American families and one out of five Canadian families struggle to provide babies with clean, dry diapers.  Huggies has pledged to donate 22.5 million diapers by way of their Every Little Bottom Game worn Taylor Hall jerseyinitiative.  Part of the program is a partnership with the National Hockey League that includes a major auction of game-used and game-worn memorabilia.

The special charity auction includes game-worn jerseys from some of the league’s top young stars including Taylor Hall, Zach Bogosian and Alexander Semin as well as goal-scored pucks Goal scored puck Sidney Crosbyoff the sticks of some of the game’s Superstar Elite: Nicklas Backstrom, Sidney Crosby, Ryan Getzlaf, Phil Kessel, Anze Kopitar, Vincent Lecavalier, Evgeni Malkin, Brendan Morrow, Tyler Myers,  Rick Nash, Alexander Ovechkin, Zach Parise, Tyler Seguin, Eric Staal, Jordan Staal, Steven Stamkos, and Thomas Vanek.
