Take down the velvet Elvis. A Philadelphia start-up company has giant prints of old Topps sports card wrappers ready to dress up your walls. Now why didn’t we think of that?
Philadelphia start-up company LTL PRINTS has partnered with Topps to launch a collection of Topps Wall Graphics, featuring classic sports card wrapper designs from the last 60 years.
The decorative graphics are self-adhesive and designed in such a way that they can be put on virtually any surface. Users can remove or move them multiple times without the need of adhesives, tacks or nails.
The newly-created graphics cover Topps products from the four major sports dating from the 1950s through the 1990s.
"We are extremely excited to be partnering with LTL PRINTS to create larger than life-size versions of these classic graphics,’ said Eric Liebler, Global Brand Licensing & Development at the Topps Company.
Sizes range from laptop-sized smaller versions, which start at $14.95 to the company’s signature seven-foot tall versions for $149.95.
"LTL PRINTS has created a collection of larger-than-lifesize wall graphics featuring classic wrapper designs from the last 60 years of sports cards produced by the Topps Company," according to John Doffing, VP Marketing at LTL PRINTS. "Today we launched premium wall graphics featuring baseball, basketball, football, and hockey card wrappers from the 1950s, the 1960s, the 1970s, the 1980s, and the 1990s, and the designs and graphics are absolutely astounding."’
"The designs and graphics are absolutely astounding," claimed John Doffing, VP Marketing at LTL PRINTS.
The company was founded by entrepreneurs Kendall Schoenrock and Carsten Petzold.
