The first items from the recently consigned Dreier Collection are being released for sale by Legendary Auctions.
Eight items from the family’s multi-million dollar collection entrusted to Legendary Auctions are being offered via private sale, offering a small glimpse into quality of items set to be sold over the next two years as the collection is liquidated.
The eight items include a PSA 4 graded T206 Honus Wagner card, with the price available “upon request”. According to Leg
endary, The Dreier Collection’s Wagner “ranks firmly in the Top 10 of the less than 100 Wagner cards believed to exist".
Also among the first items offered: A 1888 Joseph Hall Cabinets Master Set ($600,000), 1911 S81/S76 Silks Complete Set on one Master Uncut Sheet ($300,000), 1914 H813 Boston Garter Color Complete Set ($500,000), a Mickey Mantle 1963 New York Yankees Game Worn Jersey ($300,000), a Sandy Koufax 1960 Los Angeles Dodgers Signed Game Worn Home Jersey ($200,000), the most complete collection of 1898 cameo Pepsin Gum Pins known ($300,000), and a 1952 Topps #311 Mickey Mantle Rookie Card once owned by Mickey Mantle, graded SGC 80 ($50,000).
