A 22 year-old man whose father is also facing deception charges over sports card pack sales will avoid a criminal record if he follows a judge's orders in a similar case .
Police in Cumberland County, PA have been busy investigating one family's activities in the sports card market.
While Roger Hooper awaits a trial on fraud charges, his 22 year-old son Christopher avoided jail time or a criminal record by agreeing to enter an accelerated rehabilitative disposition program.
He had been charged of selling vintage wax packs at a local show that were deemed to have been pieced together from used wrappers and single cards.
