The real estate developer who’s buying the Charlotte Coliseum is tearing the place down. But first, he’ll part it out to interested fans.

The piece of basketball court with the ACC logo from the eight men’s tournaments held in the arena is going. So are some Hornets’ team banners that hung from the rafters, maybe some 1991 All Star game memorabilia and three regulation NBA basketball goals.

It’s all part of a big auction later this month.
