Offering popular products to card collectors? Good.

A few hundred people contacting the Better Business Bureau about you? Bad.

Police in a small Texas city arrested Eual Brent Hallford this week on three charges of credit card abuse and two charges of debit card abuse.

Authorities say the man behind Trading Card Collectibles sold sports cards on a pre-sell basis. When the card companies didn't deliver the products he'd promised his customers, problems arose.

The Better Business Bureau fielded hundreds of complaints and then turned the matter over to police when the issues didn't get resolved. Complaints are still coming in according to police in Jacksonville. The Tyler Morning Telegraph spells out the unfortunate details.
