It seems everyone wants a piece of the action now that the deed is done. eBay’s profits have gotten a nice boost from buyers and sellers.

Much like the Topps Derek Jeter card earlier this year, sports fans and the curious flocked to eBay after Barry Bonds tied and then broke Hank Aaron’s home run record.

Those who couldn’t afford the big ticket items were content to grab a a rookie card or something else among the thousands of Bonds items up for auction. eBay reported a huge spike in Bonds sales, but not everyone is thrilled.
