Minnesota became a mini-Cooperstown when three Hall of Famers kicked off the Baseball Hall of Fame's memorabilia tour.
Not everyone has the funds or the time to make a pilgrimage to Cooperstown, but for fans in the Upper Midwest, that doesn't mean you can't have at least part of the National Baseball Hall of Fame come to you.
The Hall's "Baseball as America" tour has stopped in the Twin Cities, kicked off by the appearance of Harmon Killebrew, Paul Molitor and Ryne Sandberg. The three Hall of Famers answered questions and the St. Paul Pioneer Press reported that fans got a sneak peek at over 500 items direct from the Hall that are part of the exhibit.
