Babe Ruth Autographed Baseball= $1

94 year-old Raymond Allen has been working part-time in and around baseball since the days of the ’27 Yankees.

From Lou Gehrig to Lou Piniella, he’s seen them all. Raymond Allen got a job as a bat boy back in the 1920s. He’s still working around Major Leaguers–now as a 94 year-old usher at the Tigers’ spring training home in Florida.

Allen loved Babe Ruth and asked the Bambino for autographs on numerous occasions. "He was really nice to me. I never once asked him to sign a ball or an autograph that he didn’t do it," Allen remembers in a Lakeland, Florida newspaper .

But you’ll be in pain after reading what he did with all of them.
