Autographs, Memorabilia in 2009 Donruss Threads

Autographed rookie nameplates highlight one of the year’s first football card products.

2009 Donruss Threads football became available nationwide Wednesday. The annual release now includes four hits per box, according to Panini America. The majority of Threads boxes will contain two autographs and two memorabilia cards.

Highlighting the program is the return of Rookie Class Rookie Cards that feature autographed nameplates. Rookie Class autographs, sequentially numbered to 399 or less (based on the players last name), will fall nearly twice as frequently as last year according to the company, offering up to eight hits per 12-box hobby case.
