2016 Panini National Treasures football will mark the product’s 10th anniversary. It’s due out on March 22 but the off-season release date isn’t a problem for fans of high-end football cards who usually go all in for the brand’s annual arrival. Each one-pack box of NT will have eight cards including three autographs, three relics and two base or parallel cards numbered to 99 or less.
Among the major hits will be Treasured Signatures and Treasure Chest Signatures, with each card fearing eight and 12 autographs on a book card, all numbered to five or less.
Colossal Signatures, Veteran Treasures and Material Signatures cards will include both current and past stars with Laundry Tags, Brand Logos and NFL Shield all 1/1s.
New this year are Gridiron Graphs, a subset with on-card autographs and a unique booklet design on cards numbered to 10 or less. Panini showed off a Tom Brady autographed version in its preview material.
Scion Signatures will have two autographs; with past and present greats who are related on the field. All are numbered to 10 or less.
Rookie Patch Autographs return, numbered once again to 99 with large memorabilia pieces and autographs signed directly on card. There are also Brand Logo, Jersey Number and NFL Shield 1/1 parallels.
The 10th anniversary commemoration will include rookie autograph patches printed on acetate stock and numbered to 10 with 1/1 NFL Shield versions.
Retro Treasures will focus on past Rookie Autograph Patches from the last ten seasons. Again, all will be printed on acetate and numbered to 10 with Super Prime 1/1 versions.
All-Decade Signatures and All-Decade Memorabilia subsets will include past greats and current veterans. All will be numbered to 99 or less.
Among the major memorabilia card pulls will be Colossal Pro Bowl Materials, NFL Shields Dual, Captain’s Patch, and Treasure Chest Booklets.
