Prices on higher grade 1951 Bowman Willie Mays rookie cards may have softened just a bit.
Less than a year after a PSA 8 copy sold for over $10,500 in a Mastro Auction, another '51 Bowman Mays card in the same grade has sold via eBay for $7225.
It's the lowest price recorded on the Mays rookie in some time. The last reported sale was in Memory Lane's August auction when a PSA 8 went for $8947.
